How JACE Delivers — Important Information

All JACE services are delivered remotely from Pakistan. Our work is based entirely on project data, drawings, programmes, correspondence and documentation provided by the client. We do not attend site or conduct physical inspections.

Where progress monitoring, programme analysis or reporting is referenced in our service descriptions, this is based on information supplied by your on-site team or project manager. Our role is to process, analyse and present that information professionally — identifying trends, delays, risks and commercial issues from the data you provide.

This model works effectively because the vast majority of construction project management, controls and commercial work is document-based. Our 27 years of on-site experience means we know exactly what to look for in the data — and how to act on it.

Remote Project Monitoring & Oversight

We maintain continuous remote oversight of your live projects — reviewing progress updates, site reports and programme data to identify issues before they become problems. You receive regular structured updates on project health, progress against milestones and any areas requiring attention. Our consultant brings 27 years of on-site construction experience to every review — meaning nothing gets missed.

Programme Development & Baseline Scheduling

A well-built programme is the foundation of every successful project. We develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project and TILOS — tailored to your contract requirements, construction sequence and resource availability. Our programmes are working tools that drive delivery decisions throughout the project lifecycle, not just documents for submission.

Progress Tracking & Schedule Monitoring

We maintain and update your programme throughout the project — tracking actual progress against baseline, identifying delays, analysing float consumption and forecasting completion dates. Regular schedule updates are provided in a format suitable for client reporting, contract compliance and internal management decision-making.

Resource Planning & Optimisation

Effective resource management is critical to profitability. We assist with labour, plant and material planning — ensuring your resources are allocated efficiently, procurement is aligned with programme requirements and potential bottlenecks are identified and resolved in advance of them impacting delivery.

Risk Identification & Mitigation Support

Tender Documentation & Bid Support

We support your tendering process end-to-end — from initial enquiry through to submission. This includes preparation of tender programmes, method statements, preliminaries schedules, risk assessments and all supporting commercial documentation. Commercial Risk Assessment

Before signing a contract, understanding the commercial risks embedded within it is essential. 2D & 3D CAD Drafting

We produce professional 2D and 3D CAD drawings across all construction disciplines — architectural, structural, civil and MEP. Working from your design information, sketches or survey data, we deliver accurate, fully dimensioned drawings to your exact specification using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. All drawings are produced to your title block, layer standards and naming conventions.

As-Built Drawing Production

As-built drawings are a critical project deliverable — required for handover, future maintenance and regulatory compliance. We manage the compilation and production of as-built documentation throughout the project — capturing all design changes, site variations and field modifications to produce a complete and accurate record of what was actually built.

Shop Drawing Preparation

Shop drawings translate design intent into construction detail. We prepare shop drawings for structural, architectural and MEP elements — coordinating across disciplines to identify and resolve conflicts before they reach site. All shop drawings are prepared for your review and approval, ready for client or consultant submission in the required format.

RFI & Submittal Management

Requests for Information and submittal management are critical to project flow. We manage your entire RFI and submittal process — preparing, tracking, following up and maintaining a complete register of all outstanding and closed items. Timely RFI management reduces delays, maintains programme flow and creates a clear documentary record of all design decisions made during construction.

Construction Documentation Control

We establish and maintain your project document management system — controlling the issue, receipt, review and filing of all project documents in accordance with your contract requirements. This includes correspondence management, drawing registers, specification control and all project records — maintained in a structured, accessible and audit-ready format throughout the project.

Compliance & Audit-Ready Records

Throughout the project we maintain all documentation to the standard required for client audit, regulatory inspection and contractual compliance. This includes inspection and test records, material certificates, method statements, risk assessments and all other quality and compliance documentation — properly referenced, filed and immediately accessible when needed.

Project Coordination & Quality Monitoring

Structured coordination and remote quality oversight keeping your entire project team aligned, informed and delivering to specification. Meeting Management & Minutes

We manage the preparation, facilitation support and documentation of all project meetings — progress meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings and client meetings. Comprehensive, action-oriented minutes are produced promptly after each meeting — recording decisions made, actions assigned, responsibilities allocated and deadlines agreed. All minutes are maintained in a structured register for easy reference and follow-up.

Progress Reporting & Dashboards

We prepare professional progress reports and management dashboards — presenting project status clearly and concisely for internal management, client reporting and contract compliance. Reports cover programme performance, commercial status, quality metrics, risk status and any issues requiring senior attention. Regular, well-structured reporting builds client confidence and demonstrates professional project governance.

Stakeholder Communication Management

We manage all formal project correspondence and stakeholder communications — ensuring every communication is professional, timely, accurately recorded and properly filed. This includes client correspondence, subcontractor instructions, consultant communications and formal notices under the contract. Remote Quality & Compliance Reviews

Punch List & Snagging Coordination

As your project approaches completion, we manage the full snagging and defects process — compiling punch lists from site inspection records and client snagging submissions, tracking each item through to closure, coordinating rectification works and maintaining a complete record of the defects liability process. Defect Tracking & Resolution Management

During the defects liability period we maintain a comprehensive defect register — tracking all reported defects, coordinating rectification responses, managing client communications and ensuring timely closure of all outstanding items.
